““We repeat what we don’t repair.””
Personal Blog
I was initially hesitant about starting a blog. Questions came up: What should it include? What do I truly want to say? And would it bring real value to those who read it? What helped me take the step forward was a quote, often attributed to Diane Ladd: “If I can help one person in this world, then it’s enough, and I’ve done my job.”
This blog will bring together ideas and resources that sit at the intersection of leadership, psychology, and well-being. I’ll share books, articles, podcasts, and artworks that spark thought, alongside my own reflections on what they reveal about human behavior, relationships, and the challenges of leading in complex environments. My aim is to create a space where the insights I draw from psychotherapy and my Leading Edge work with executives can meet — offering both depth and practical relevance.
I’d love for this to be a two-way conversation. If there are themes you’d like me to write about — whether personal growth, leadership dilemmas, or questions of meaning and resilience — please do let me know. And if you have reflections on what I share, I’d be glad to include your perspectives here.
